alcool and co dans les festoches, peut etre des idées a glaner?
http://www.jtdidgefest.com/conductguide.htm
It's an unfortunate reflection of the human condition that these words are necessary, but they are, though perhaps not to 99% of the people that come to the JT Didgeridoo Festival.
NO DOGS this year. Sorry, we love our furry friends, but they can be a nuisance and even a danger at a large public event. If you come to JT Didge Fest with a dog we cannot allow you entrance. Seeing eye dogs are the exception, of course.
NO illegal drugs will be allowed on the premises and NO alcohol use is to be visible on the premises. If you're accustomed to drinking your juice or soft drinks out of containers concealed by brown paper bags, please don't do that here or we'll be suspicious. If you must drink, please do it inside your RV or tent, out of sight, or better yet off the premises. If you can't imagine a music festival without alcohol and drugs you might just joyously discover that it's possible (and preferable) to get high without getting stoned. We'll be getting high together for sure, but we'll remain clear headed and we won't be breaking any furniture or leaving the place looking like it was a pig festival. In fact, our "secret" ambition here is to put on such an exemplary community event that the owners of our facility and the whole town will be begging to have us back year after year. Thanks for your understanding and support about this issue.
Another important conduct issue is that of informal vending on the grounds. Briefly, WE DON'T WANT IT. Most of our performers will be selling didgeridoos and their CD's by prior arrangement and with our permission and we will have a large outdoor vending market with pre-registered and paid spaces, but we definitely do NOT want this to end up being an informal flea market.
